Fresh Fruit Tart Recipe | Food Celebrations<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For the Filling<br />1 Egg<br />2 tbsp sugar<br />100ml milk + 400ml milk<br /><br />For the dough<br />2 cups flour<br />1/3 cup sugar<br />1/4 tsp salt<br />115g butter<br />A little milk for bringing the dough together<br />Melted chocolate<br />Apples, strawberries, bananas or any fruit of your choice<br /><br />Method:<br />For the filling, take an egg and add sugar, cornflour, 100 ml of milk and mix well. In a pan, heat 400ml of milk. Add the egg mixture to this milk and cook on low flame till it thickens. Allow to cool.<br />For the dough add salt, sugar and butter to the flour and mix. Add a little milk to bring the dough together. Roll out the dough and transfer to a greased baking tart pan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 – 25 minutes. Pour some melted chocolate on the tart crust. Add the filling and then decorate with fresh fruit of your choice.<br />
